Europe Commerce is a joint venture company between Europe Commerce SA, the Luxembourg-based mineral distributor and processor, and French minerals group Imerys SA. The prime aim of the joint venture is to enhance sales of raw materials for the manufacturing of refractory products. The minerals are sourced from all over the world through long term partnerships to serve the European refractory industry. In combination with its partners the network will provide all services from the mine to the customer. The interactive relationship with the customer shall be the motor for optimisation of products and processes. In connection with technical support and R&D activities the structure will focus on the needs of tomorrow.
